From the moment I entered the building these guys were eager to get to work and make me comfortable. Keith N. set me up in the lobby where I was able to work on my computer. I expected at least a 2 hour wait but in about 30 minutes Rodney informed me that he and Troy were finished and I just needed to wait the appropriate time before driving away. Great experience, would certainly recommend Glass America to my friends or associates.

The technician who helped me went above and beyond my expectations. He not only replaced the windshield I needed, he also helped secure my dash that was curling up by the windshield. Keith worked a miracle for me. I was scheduled to leave Feb 17th and that was the earliest day Glass America could schedule my windshield to be replaced. Keith phoned me on Tuesday, the 15th and asked if he could come on Wednesday afternoon. He worked his schedule around my travel plans even though he had a full schedule. I feel much better going away knowing my vehicle will be safe to drive.
