My technician was a young man named Randy and I did not get his last name, but he works out of Virginia Beach VA. I want you to know he was extremely courteous and professional in all regards. It is a pleasure to do business with people who know how to treat their customers and also provide great service. Additionally I spoke several times with a lady named Cindy in the same office who was very helpful and polite over the phone. All in all it was a great experience doing business with Glass America. The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight. Everett called the next morning and said the car was ready at 10am. Awesome service. I hope I don't have any more broken windows, but if I do, this is where I will come first.
