There is no contract for windshield replacement. If you are working with your automobile insurance for your windshield replacement, we will run it through them or your agent can submit the claim through our website.
If you have recently been in an accident or nature has, over time, caused damage to your windshield, it might mean it’s time for a replacement. You can contact your insurance representative to file a claim and they’ll take care of the rest of the paperwork for you. Or, you can contact us directly and we can file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf. We will just need the following information:
· Location (i.e., city and state)
· Name, address, phone number, and email address of the policyholder
· Policy number
· Vehicle number
· Deductible
· Date of damage
· Agency
· Agency phone number
· Insurance company
· Vehicle identification number (VIN)
· Year, make, and model of the vehicle
· Glass needed (i.e., windshield, side glass, etc.)
